I'm trying to locate private swimming lessons for kids 4-6 around the bloor
west village area of toronto
(http://www.toronto.ca/demographics/cns_profiles/cns89.htm). This site
(http://www.helpwevegotkids.com/36/1/156/swimming.html) has a listing of a
number of places, but none of them are around the area that I'm looking
for.

Are you close enough to the University of Toronto to consider something in
that area? If not, just how close-in to Bloor West Village are you hoping
for?

UofT is not really option - it's too far.

Additionally, I'm looking for a lessons that will work 1:1 with kids to
deliver results. We have had our son in swimming lessons with the city on
and off for the last 4 years with little break through (he is 5 now). I'd
like to see him swimming without an aid, and with some 1:1 time with a good
teacher I know he can get there.

It sounds like you already have access to a pool in your area, and are just
looking for a teacher? Is that correct? Or do you need both?
