Instead of providing you a list of electro rock producers, I will direct
you to relevant source. 

To me, the DJ list directory is probably one of the finest source to find
electro rock pop music producers. This directory is tailored to
international audience. Although, it may not list every single producer but
is very handy. A good search strategy will be to search by GENRE from the
top down menu of DJ Directory. You can then sort by categories such as
Electronic, Electro, Trance Acid etc

Whats great about this selection is that artists are sorted by a popularity
algorithm. You will come across many names who are popular artists and also
very successful producers. Each name is accompanied by detail biography.
Just make sure you check different categories as David Guetta is listed in
Trance Acid category.
