 I haven't found any numbers for compression dressings sold, but these are the closest global dollar figures I have run across.
 
  "In 2008, the largest subsegment within the worldwide skin ulcer management market was debridement products followed by compression bandages and dressings with revenues estimated at $115.1 million and $97.3 million, respectively.

 Here is a dollar figure for passive compression therapies from 2008:
